The best quality Sumatran coffee we’ve had anywhere, this coffee is clean and the flavor reminds us of chocolate, simple syrup sweetness, molasses, and apple. These fantastic flavors are attributable to the washed process of this coffee, which is unusual for Sumatra. Wet-Hulled coffees are most common in Sumatra, but oftentimes result in muddied flavor. This unique quality Sumatran coffee is a gem that would be a shame to miss.
